DTM WARRANTY POLICY

DTM Wheel & Tyre Ltd warrants to the original purchaser that its wheels will be free of any defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year after original purchase. Warranty is only valid when wheels are properly installed and limited to use on normal road and highway driving conditions. Pothole or road hazard incidents are not considered for warranty coverage under any circumstances. 

DTM Wheel & Tyre agrees (at its discretion) to repair or replace in full any wheel found to be faulty in material or workmanship from factory after inspection. 

DTM Wheel & Tyre Ltd will not be held responsible for transportation costs, damage or loss caused by delays, failure, any consequential damage arising from any cause whatsoever or any other charge incurred in the replacement of a defective product.

Warranty is automatically void on any wheel that has been altered in any manner, such as bolt circle diameter, offset, center‐bore and any of the following conditions; 

  1. Wash, chemical or caustic cleaning agent damage and climate conditions (road salt)

  2. Appearance defects (e.g. scratches) on wheels that have been made during mounting or while on display.

  3. Any defect, malfunction or failure caused by shipping, transporting, off‐road use, abuse, accident or negligence caused by any involved party.

  4. Wheels NOT purchased from an authorized dealer.

  5. Any damage or defect caused by abuse, misuse, neglect or accident. Any damage or defect caused by racing or off road use or by road hazard impact.

  6. Wheels that have been altered repaired or modified.

  7. Wheels installed with spacers or adapters.

  8. Wheels installed with incorrect tyre sizes or used with excessive vehicle loads.
